We currently have a unique opportunity for a full time Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to join our team at the Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort.

This is a key role, within the Hospitality team, and entails responsibility for organizing all of our weddings plus a variety of other conference and banqueting functions. You will handle reservations, from initial enquiry and reservation, through to the detailed organisation of each event. To include tours of the facilities, on-going client liaison and planning meetings, all supporting administration, departmental liaison and the production of detailed function sheets. As required, you will also attend events and, in these instances, assist the Operations’ team in the smooth running of all aspects of the function.

In general, you will assist with the Hospitality department’s reception, telephonist and Administrative responsibilities and, as required, handle enquiries and reservations for Queenwood Golf Lodge, the Hotel & Spa and golf events.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous event/wedding co-ordination experience, in a quality property, with excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills. You will be well presented, with exceptional organization skills and an excellent attention to detail.

The position is full time, working a flexible 5 days out of 7, to include evenings, where necessary. £18,000 to 20,000 per annum, subject to experience.
