We are looking to recruit a customer-focussed, hardworking, flexible, reliable and service-minded individual to work along side our Head Bar Tender.
Previous bar experience is essential and preferably from a hotel back ground at 4 star level. It is desired but not essential that applicants have experience and or knowledge in the areas of cellar management, food safety, current licensing laws, wine appreciation, cocktails and beverages. Training will be delivered as point of course for each of these areas to ensure Bowood standards are attained.
Central to the role will be the delivery of excellent service to our guests, supporting the head bartender in the delivery of award wining cocktails and the general day to day running’s of a hotel/restaurant bar.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person wishing to progress a career in bar tendering and an opportunity to learn the fine art of cocktail making under one of the south west leading bar tender.
This is a Full time position made up of Weekdays, evening and weekend shifts with a competitive package for the successful applicant.
